Second, take a bite registration using bite blocks or central-bearing devices, indicating midline, incisal edge, and occlusal plane; take a face-bow; and determine shade, mold, and tooth shapes. This takes a week in-lab. Third, evaluate a wax try-in and make any necessary changes. This takes a week in-lab to process. Fourth, deliver case. This takes another five days in the lab. This totals fifteen days in the lab.

Three appointments are needed. First, you must take an impression using a modern technique such as The Accudent System II or Massad−Strong Dentate Trays. This takes two weeks in-lab. We use a high-quality specialty framework manufacturer located in the United States. Second, try-in framework. Third, deliver case. This takes another five days in the lab. This totals fifteen days in the lab.
